Yes, if there's a material error in your report — wrong property, missing sections, or significant data inaccuracies — we'll redo it or refund you. Because our reports are generated immediately, we can't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind about the property. Email hello@offerhound.co.uk if you have an issue.
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. We never see or store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
